Location was exceptional on the Boise River with easy access to the biking/ walking trail that runs for 25 miles along the river. Hotel is beautiful! Rooms are large decorated with beautiful photos of the area. Really comfortable beds. Very quiet rooms. Clean. Yes, there are lots of conferences and activities going on along with live music at the on site outdoor restaurant but the music was wonderful and the business didn’t bother us . It felt very festive when walking around. Couldn’t hear anything when we were in our rooms. The outdoor heated pool is amazing and the breakfast buffet with made to order omelettes was one of the best we had after a month road tripping and after eating lots of hotel breakfasts!

Traveled from Texas to Idaho, Riverside Hotel is a stately exquisite resort hotel, nicest place we stayed, hands down. Initial impression of the room is inviting and well appointed, beautiful artwork reflective of the Boise green belt, generous size of room, loved the 'extra' second sink just outside of the bathroom, loved having a 'closet' with a luggage rack including 2 robes. Also, liked the fact there was a fridge and microwave, literally inside a cabinet. Our room was on the 'shady side' not in direct sunlight, facing the pool but far opposite of the patio, so, we barely heard the music provided. The 'inclusive' breakfast buffet was simply delicious, omelets made to order, best savory bacon 'ever', job well done Chef, Yesss Chef, excellent breakfast indeed. Oh, and you're serviced, now that's a nice touch. We had our daughter join us one morning for a mere cost of $15, we stayed in June 2023, left and drove up to Ketchum, ID for five days only to return back to Riverside Hotel. It's the only place we want to stay, it's out of downtown yet close enough and it's on the greenbelt, with the beautiful Boise river running through, so you can take a nice walk or e-bike to one of the nearby parks.

It's all about the location. This facility is perfect for active people who want to get out and enjoy the riverwalk. Excellent live band by the pool. Super clean rooms, hallways and entire grounds. It's surrounded by up and coming businesses, especially wineries and breweries within walking distance. You can tell that area of town is being redeveloped. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was high quality and my compliments to the chef for the presentation of my filet mignon dish. Absolutely delicious! The front desk staff were amazing and extremely accommodating. I would highly recommend a stay here in Boise.

Breakfast was amazing every morning. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Bedroom was nice size. Location of hotel was very convienent. visited Friends in the Area and enjoyed wine tasting in Caldwell.

Beautifully maintained property with facilities that reflect the highest level of craftsmanship. The location on the Boise River Greenway is perfect for walking and running and cycling.

The shuttle availability was amazing and the driver was exceptional, he went out of his way to accommodate us and to make sure we had food after hours. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!

We attended a concert in town. The hotel shuttle diverted from their usual route (to and from the airport) and dropped us off at the event. Not only that, but usually the shuttle stops running at 11PM and because so many guests attended the concert, they chose to run until 1 am so we all had rides back. 10/10 would stay again. Also the pool area is beautiful

Better in summer…when the poolside restaurant is open. I like that it’s only 2 stories. Nice breakfast buffet.

The included breakfast for Easter morning was delicious! Usually when we stay, the pastries are old and stale. This time they were fresh and delicious. If they continue as that quality, you will see us more often :-)

Wonderful breakfast and excellent service Daisy did a beautiful job along with another waitress whose name is escaping me. She has 2 daughters who work at the hotel too!! She has served us in the past and is SO welcoming, helpful , efficient and kind!!
